Sub : Compliance of your Observation under CODE NO APE-00579 & Ref No.ERC/7-68.11(b).25/2005/3344 dt.15 September, 2006

 

Sir / Madam,

 

Your letter No. ERC/7-68.11(b).25/2005/3344 dated15 September, 2006 received by us on 26th September, 2006(vide your copy attached).

In reference to your letter I beg to submit the following documents as noted in your letter under above reference for favour of your kind consideration:

 

i.          (a) Legally valid Land Documents (English Version of Sale Deed/Patta.

Kindly note that legally valid Land document (English Version) was submitted to ERC, NCTE on 29 December 2005 when first submitted the application. We do not know why ERC has been demanding this documents again and again. Kindly vide our Webside (syamaprasadinstt.org) where in the total text of the Deed (English Version) is available and may be down loaded. However, we are submitting a hard copy of the same for your kind perusal.

 

            (b) Up-to-date Land Revenue Receipt & Certificate of up-to-date Land Revenue Clearance from the Competent Authority (i.e B.L.L.R.O of the jurisdiction)

 

            (c) Non Encumbrance Certificate from the last 12/15 years from the Competent Govt. Authority of the Land & Land Revenue Dept. i.e. B.L.L.R.O

 

            (d) A certificate of Possession in favour of the Institution from the Tahasildar of the jurisdiction. Kindly note in Bengal, Tahasildar is a Class IV post. B.L.L.R.O. of the jurisdiction is the competent authority to issue such certificate. Naturally, B.L.L.R.O of our jurisdiction, under direction of the District Land & Land Reform Collector has issued certificate of Possession in favour of the Institution as per rule.

 

ii.         An Affidavit on Rs. 100/- stamp paper duly attested by Notary Public stating the precise location of the Land (Village, District, State etc.)

 

 

 

iii.              (1) Location : (Temporary)

 

                  At 5/B, R. Dasgupta Road, Kolkata-700 026. Here the Regd. office of the Society & necessary Infrastructure is existing. It is owned by Syamaprasad College. Syamaprasad College has agreed to spare the entire infrastructure including labs for absolute use of the proposed B.Ed College for a period not exceeding 03 years.

 

                  Vide Memo of Understanding with President, Governing Body, SP College & the Secretary Executive Director, SIAE which is already submitted in original to Eastern Regional Committee on 29.12.2005.

                  Kindly vide NOC (Memo No. 831-Edn(CS) dt. 7, December, 2005) of State Govt. where the Temporary & Permanent site of the proposed B.Ed College has been admitted.

 

                  (2) Location (Permanent)

 

                  7, Raja Rammohan Roy Road, Tollygunge, Kolkata-700 041. Here, the building work is under progress. Nearly 1000 sq.ft has been completed. We want to start the B.Ed programme provisionally at the temporary premises at 5/B R.Dasgupta Road and immediately after the completion of whole Building at the permanent site at 7, Raja Rammohan Roy Road, the proposed B.Ed College shall be shifted to its permanent address.

 

iv.              (a) Total Area in possession :

 

                  Kindly vide Mutation Certificate & Certificate of Possession (Memo No. 6/6711/S/TMB dt. 22.06.2006 issued by B.L.L.R.O of the jurisdiction where in total land area as per Land & Land Revenue Record (Govt. of West Bengal) has been certified.

 

                  (b) Permission of the Competent Authority

 

                  To use the land for educational purpose vide B.L.L.R.O Land Use Certificate (Memo No. 1/1099/S/TMB/06 dt. 25.07.2006) & the Land Conversion Certificate issued by the Collector & B.L.L.R.O South 24 Parganas,Govt. of West Bengal (Memo No. 51A(C) 3312/P/06 dt. 24.07.2006.

 

                  (c) Mode of Possession :

 

                  Ownership basis. Kindly note that the  `SIAE’ (society ) is the mother organ under which different Academic & Social Welfare Programmes are undertaken. The B.Ed programme is to be initiated with SIET under the umbrella of SIAE. Naturally, the requisite Land and / or Infrastructure shall be provided by SIAE (Society).
